Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader Sales to drive vehicle sales, manage a team of sales executives, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

• Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.

• Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value deals.

• Coordinate with marketing and showroom teams for promotional activities.

• Maintain knowledge of new models, pricing, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years in automotive sales, with 1+ year in a leadership role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Passion for automobiles and customer service.
