Technical Architect - Power BI @ Bahwan CyberTek

Job Description

• 10+ years of experience
• Architect end-to-end scalable Power BI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Power BI developers and analysts on data modeling, report optimization, and visualization standards.
• Define and enforce Power BI governance, naming conventions, and deployment standards across environments.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to define optimal data source architectures and integration strategies.
• Guide the team in designing enterprise-grade semantic models using best practices in DAX and Power Query.
• Implement row-level security, data access controls, and other compliance requirements.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and lead tuning efforts for large datasets and complex reports.
• Evaluate and recommend new features and tools from the Power BI roadmap to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into BI design and strategy.
