Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Experience- 1 Years till 9 years.
- Graduation Required (Any).
- Candidates coming with experience into handling direct accounts/ clients/MSP/VMS will be preferred.
- Should have exposure of working on Telecom Domain (Engineering )
- Preferably should have experience of working with Direct Clients.
- Should have exposure of working on W2.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be from US recruitment background.
- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Must be proactive & self-driven.
- Must be a quick thinker.
- Should be well versed with various tax terms (W2).
- Should be well versed with various visas.
- Should be well versed with full recruitment life cycle.
- Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
