We are looking for a highly experienced Android Developer who is passionate about building world-class mobile applications. If you're driven by clean architecture, performance, and seamless user experience, wed love to talk to you.Industry: Medical Equipment Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize performance, usability, and responsiveness of applications.
- Work with outside data sources and APIs (REST, JSON, GraphQL).
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Handle version control, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Experience with modern architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
- Proficient with Jetpack components Navigation, ViewModel, LiveData, Room, DataStore, etc.
- Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience with tools like Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Firebase, Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Published at least one original Android app on the Play Store is a plus.
