Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Relationship Manager who will serve as a vital link between clients, internal teams, vendors, contractors, and consultants. This role involves managing and streamlining communication across various stakeholders, ensuring smooth flow of information, understanding requirements, handling calls, coordinating emails, and maintaining follow-ups effectively. We demands excellent interpersonal and soft skills to handle dynamic professional relationships in a fast-paced design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, employees, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Understand stakeholder requirements through phone calls, emails, and meetings; communicate the same to relevant teams.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication and follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Maintain clear and updated records of all communication for future reference.
- Schedule and organize meetings, site visits, and consultations as per project needs.
- Resolve queries and relay information across departments and third parties effectively.
- Work closely with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure project timelines and expectations are clearly communicated.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to all professional emails within the same working day to ensure timely communication.
Preferred candidate profile
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Basic knowledge of architecture/interior terminology is a plus.
- Comfortable with tools like Gmail, Excel, WhatsApp, and basic CRM or project tracking tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation in any stream.
- Prior experience in a communication or coordination role preferred.
- Experience in the architecture/interior industry is a strong advantage.
