Job Description
- Role & responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Projects - Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects by
driving alignment, build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic Support - Conduct research, prepare executive briefs, and assist
in executing high-impact projects, strategic initiatives, internal reviews,
partner discussions, and market opportunities.
- External Communication & PR - Manage the presence across events,
media, and digital platforms by aligning messaging with brand goals and
curating thought leadership content that reflects organizational values.
- Investor Relations - Support fundraising efforts by coordinating investor
communication, building pitch materials and data rooms, and managing
timely updates, follow-ups, and due diligence responses.
- Internal Operations - Own the CEOs business rhythm, including managing
calendars, meetings, and critical decisions, while ensuring confidentiality
and prioritization of high-leverage activities.
- Communication & Coordination - Draft, refine, and manage
communications, presentations, and reports while liaising with internal
teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA or Engineering degree from a top-tier institution with 4+ years of
experience preferably in Consulting or Business Strategy roles.
- A strong track record of turning ideas into actionable, scalable outcomes
with clear business impact.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and structured decisionmaking
capabilities.
- Open to travel frequently.
- Quick on your feet and always ready to find solutions to challenges.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently & maintains
composure and focus in demanding situations
- Experience in founders office or insurance industry will be a bonus.
