Executive QC (Biologics) @ Hospital

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished biological products.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and electrophoretic test methods.
• Conduct cell-based assays, activity/potency-based assays, and biochemical group testing.
• Proficient in colorimetric, spectrophotometric, and ELISA-based techniques.
• Operate and maintain QC instruments such as spectrophotometers, microplate readers, microscopes, and other relevant equipment.
• Utilize relevant 21 CFR-compliant software.
• Ensure documentation and processes follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice) standards.
• Apply knowledge of QMS elements including OOS, incident deviation, and change control procedures.
• Basic understanding of analytical method validation.
• Work systematically with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all testing activities.
