Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Develop innovative strategies to enhance business processes

Conduct thorough analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical

Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration capabilities

Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements

Experience in conducting system testing and user training
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical

This position is based at our Chennai office

A 15 years full time education is required
