Job Description
Overview - The Customer Support and Service team always represents the voice of the customers. They are responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, and retaining them. They are saviors to all our members, who reach out to them through call, chat or email.
Role - As a Profile Writer you will be responsible for preparing write-ups for our Premium Members of Shaadi SELECT. To be a successful Profile Writer, you should be proactive, patient, and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top performing Profile Writer is the one who is a product expert and demonstrates exceptional communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
What you will do in this role-
- Provide customer service support to the organization by calling up the client, composing personal write-ups.
- Prepare write-ups and summary reports. Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.
- Connect with the clients on daily basis and preparing content according to individual need.
- Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Accesses the companys internal systems to obtain and extract write-up order information and provide customer service management with the data/content for inclusion in various scheduled and special cases.
- Performs assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files.
- Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
What you should have-
- Graduate in BA English, BMS.
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.
- Desired typing speed above 30 words per minute.
Brownie Points-
- Prior experience in content writing for customer servicing job will be an added advantage.
