Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter with specialization in especially abled hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead efforts to attract, engage, and hire talented professionals with disabilities across all business functions. Your work will be central to building a workplace that celebrates all abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute sourcing strategies specifically targeted towards candidates with disabilities.
Build partnerships with organizations, universities, and networks that support especially abled talent.
Create accessible recruitment processes and advocate for necessary accommodations.
Educate hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices and disability confidence.
Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Track and report on diversity hiring metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on diversity hiring or disability inclusion.
Deep understanding of barriers faced by persons with disabilities in employment, and best practices to address them.
Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Experience creating inclusive and accessible candidate experiences.
Passion for advocacy, accessibility, and building equitable workplaces.
