Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with expertise in BFSI hiring and proficiency in Naukri and LinkedIn portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for banking, financial services, and insurance roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for BFSI roles.
• Utilize Naukri and LinkedIn portals to source and attract potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for BFSI positions.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on BFSI industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2-8 years in BFSI recruitment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of BFSI job roles and hiring trends.
