Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis
Provide them for training regarding the products
Identifying the prospective customers
Make them aware of the role
Handling the advisers to work
Motivating them to generate the business

Required Candidate profile

Education:- Graduation or Post-graduation
Experience:- Min. 2 to 3 Years of sales and marketing(BFSI Prefer)
Locality:- Local candidate with good local network
Skills:- Good communications skills
