Job Description
Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and retention for the BPO center, ensuring a smooth HR operation aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Handle bulk and niche hiring for voice, non-voice, and backend BPO processes.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies (portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, campus drives).
- Coordinate interviews, conduct HR rounds, and issue offer letters.
- Onboarding and Induction:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture.
- Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement activities, events, and rewards & recognition programs.
- Handle grievance redressal and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
- Maintain attendance records, leave tracking, and coordinate with payroll teams for accurate salary processing.
- HR Operations and Compliance:
- Maintain HRMS, employee records, and documentation (joining forms, ID cards, exit forms).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in appraisal cycles, confirmation processes, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate training and development activities as needed.
- Exit Management:
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure full & final settlement process completion.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 26 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is a plus.
