Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and retention for the BPO center, ensuring a smooth HR operation aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Handle bulk and niche hiring for voice, non-voice, and backend BPO processes.
    • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies (portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, campus drives).
    • Coordinate interviews, conduct HR rounds, and issue offer letters.
  • Onboarding and Induction:
    • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
    • Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Design and execute engagement activities, events, and rewards & recognition programs.
    • Handle grievance redressal and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
    • Maintain attendance records, leave tracking, and coordinate with payroll teams for accurate salary processing.
  • HR Operations and Compliance:
    • Maintain HRMS, employee records, and documentation (joining forms, ID cards, exit forms).
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in appraisal cycles, confirmation processes, and performance improvement plans.
    • Coordinate training and development activities as needed.
  • Exit Management:
    • Conduct exit interviews and ensure full & final settlement process completion.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 26 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle large volume hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is a plus.
