This role requires a keen understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the financial health of the firm and its clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team.


HR Generalist Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Employee Life Cycle Management:

- Handle joining and exit formalities

- Conduct background verification

- Process Full and Final (FNF) settlements

2. Employee Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

- Ensure data security and confidentiality

3. Payroll Management:

- Process monthly payroll

- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements

4. Recruitment and Hiring:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process

- Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Work India)

- Utilize AI tools and other recruitment software

- Conduct constant follow-ups with candidates and hiring agencies

5. Hiring Agency Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring agencies

- Negotiate contracts and terms

6. Administrative Support:

- Coordinate with administrative team for laptop, phone, travel, and other office asset allocations

7. Training and Development:

- Train junior team members on HR processes and procedures

- Ensure timely training and development programs

8. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

- Develop and implement SOPs for HR processes

- Review and update SOPs regularly

9. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Identify and mitigate potential risks
