- Position: Senior Accountant Manager / Certified Management Accountant (CMA) First Rate Investments is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant Manager / Certified Management Accountant (CMA) to join our dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, providing financial forecasts, variance analysis, and strategic insights to support decision-making. Cost Control & Profitability Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards, including preparing tax returns and managing audits. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in strategic planning, advising management on financial implications of business decisions. Cash Flow Management: Supervise the management of cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs. Internal Controls & Risk Management: Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks, and develop processes to ensure the integrity of financial data. Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth within the team. Required Qualifications: Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent professional qualification in accounting. Proven experience in accounting management, financial analysis, and reporting. Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in accounting software (Miracle , Tally , SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and MS Excel. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership.,
