Location : Pentagon 4, Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune.

Criteria: B. Tech/B. E (all streams) Academic Score should be 80% & above in both SSC and HSC.

Salary : 3.5 - 4.25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers.
• Write clean, scalable code and debug issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills

• Pursuing/completed a degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, C#, JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Interview Rounds:

Round 1 : Mandatory Task Requirement

As part of the selection process, candidates must complete any one of the following tasks and submit their work for evaluation:

1. Mobile App Development:

• Select an existing mobile app with 100K+ downloads from any app store.
• Replicate its core working features and ensure the app functions seamlessly on any mobile device.
• Submit the source code and a working APK or equivalent file.

2. Web App Development:

• Develop a fully functional web application and host it on AWS.
• Frontend: Candidates choice of Next.js or React Native.
• Backend: Utilize Amazon AWS services (DynamoDB, Lambda Functions, S3 Objects). Use of EC2 is not permitted.
• Ensure the website is optimized for speed, optionally leveraging AI-enabled IDEs like Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools.
• Submit the hosted website link along with the source code.

Round 3: Technical Round Programming fundamentals

Note: Selected candidates will undergo a full-time in-office(offline) training program for 6 to 12 Months on a Stipend basis. The stipend will be 10,000 per month
