Stibo MDM Developer @ Capgemini Technology

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stibo MDM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Stibo Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure accurate and reliable master data across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in Stibo STEP and a deep understanding of MDM principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain Stibo MDM solutions.
• Design and implement business rules, workflows, and UI customizations.
• Ensure seamless data integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Optimize performance and scalability of MDM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues.
• Implement data governance policies and ensure data quality and security.
• Provide technical direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-8+ years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM solutions.
• Strong expertise in MDM solutions, including CMDM, SMDM, and Multi-domain MDM.
• Proficiency in system setup and configuration, data modeling, and integration endpoints.
• Experience with JavaScript/Rhino scripting for business rules development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with various STEP implementation techniques.
• Experience with XSL transformations and STEP XML creation.
• Knowledge of packaging hierarchies and change packaging.
• Ability to manage bulk data updates and export/import configurations.
