Program Manager Kolkata 21st April 2025 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components for web applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing projects and client relationships, particularly with US clients. A valid US visa is preferred. Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and maintainence of web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and address any challenges.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensuring the acceptance of induvial developers as well as the team by the client.
Need to add as an Client success Manager.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (BTech/B.E.).
4 to 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in web application development.
Proven experience in managing a team of developers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with US clients in a similar field.
PMP certification is preferred.
Valid US visa is a plus.
