  • About The Role. The role will report directly into The Director of Program Management. The Program Management Office (PMO) is an adaptable, experienced and driven team that is tasked with driving change programs and high-quality software releases for our customers. The PMO provide governance, guidance, release management and continuous improvement through learning and data. This role is an extremely visible role within the multi-geography development organization and will require flexibility and adaptability to deliver against objectives.
  • Key Duties/Responsibilities. Manage the agreed scope of the release and set the direction across all development teams.
  • Manage and ensure release plan is tracked weekly through data and engagement with development teams.
  • Provide clear roadmap of release decision gates and dates to ensure a successful high-quality release is deployed to our clients.
  • Align internal teams to support deployment of release to SaaS and On-Prem clients.
  • Make presentations to management on release updates, release cycle, and expected results including risk mitigation.
  • Manage communications with internal stakeholders (CE Team, Engineering, Solution Design, Sales, Product and Technology) in relation to their expected deliverables and key decisions required during the release cycle.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in areas including Software Delivery project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, and other areas of expertise based on established best practices.
  • Support PMO colleagues in post release data analysis, continuous improvements and team retrospectives.
  • Support PMO in overall capacity planning and strategy o Act as a local representative of PMO in MCO India.
  • Essential Capabilities. Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a product driven SAAS or financial services company.
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced and ever-changing customer facing software environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Can do attitude who can adapt and prioritise effectively.
  • Be decisive and pragmatic in decision making.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience in tracking, monitoring, advising and maintaining status and actions across Scope, Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Outcomes.
  • Experience of using JIRA, Confluence and Data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of System Testing, System Integration Testing and UAT.
  • Possess knowledge and experience of agile development methodology. (Scrum, AGILE and KANBAN). Prior knowledge and experience in any of the following Capital Markets, Market Abuse and Trade Surveillance, Sanction screening, Anti Money Laundering, Third Party Due Diligence, Data analytics tools would be a strong advantage.
  • Degree qualification or higher in technology or a business discipline.
  • Additional professional qualification, such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, Safe or Diploma Level in Project Management or similar discipline from a recognized third level institution or accreditation body.
  • Fluent spoken and very good written English. Show more Show less
