We Are Hiring For Leading IT MNC in Noida For Technical Support / Service Desk Role.

Profile 1 : Service Desk

Roles and Responsibilities

• Any Graduates can Apply
• Minimum 1 year Experience in Service Desk / Technical Support Role
• Acting as a first point of contact for users and customers through Voice Support
• Identifying and diagnosing issues and problems and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Possess good communication skills with availability to work under pressure
• Follow standard service desk operating procedures by accurately logging all Service Desk tickets using the defined tracking software
• Manage all queries or escalate if not resolve as per the defined helpdesk policies and framework
• Work on international BPO projects with 24x7shifts
• 5 Days Working
• Cabs Available
• Max 7.5 LPA

Profile 2 - Technical Support (Only B.Tech and BCA)

Eligibility: -

• Only B.Tech or BCA Graduates can Apply
• Fresher or Experienced Both are eligible
• 18 Years to 35 Years
• 100% work from Office
• Flexible to work in all shifts
• Fluent in spoken English (Versant 60 B2) with basic knowledge about customer handling, retention.
• Skill Set required: Interactive, Customer Service mindset
• 30K CTC For Graduate Fresher
• 33K - 35K CTC For Graduate With 1 Year Customer Support / Technical Support Experience
• 5 days working

Hours of Operation:

• 9.5 hours (8.5 hours of production & 1 hour break)
• Both side cabs provided for pick and drop during odd hours
