URGENT/IMMEDIATE opening for Business Consultants, Project management & Business Intelligence Roles - Hiring at International IT Hub in North Kolkata

We are pressed for time and are looking for immediate joiners

We are actively seeking candidates for Business Consulting/Project Management and Business Intelligence positions across a variety of domains.

Please Note: This is a No-sales, Non-target-based position. We are also NOT looking for Programmers, website developers, coders, etc.

Position Overview:

-> In-Office Role in Kolkata (This is NOT a Work From Home opportunity)

->End-to-End Business Consulting - Full training will be provided.

Company operates in niche sectors such as:

• Business Consulting
• Project Management
• Virtual Assistance
• Customer Support
• US Real Estate
• eCommerce (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
• Legal Process Outsourcing
• Startup Business Consulting
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• End-to-End Business Solutions

Office Timings:

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST (US Business Hours)

• Fixed Saturdays and Sundays off

This role offers excellent growth opportunities for motivated candidates who are eager to learn, contribute, and excel in both individual contributor (IC) and team-leadership roles.

Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have excellent English communication skills and an English-medium background.

Location:

• Office in Shyambazar, just 7 minutes walking from Shyambazar Metro Station and 2 minutes from Fariapukur Bus Stop.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: BA/MA/BCOM/MCOM. Preference will be given to candidates with English Honors or Finance backgrounds.

• Experience: International client-handling experience is preferred.

• Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Internet.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end business consulting, including drafting SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and creating Process Maps and Mind Maps.

• Ability to work with advanced Excel functions like Gantt Chart, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and nested IF formulas.
