  • Job Overview. We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.
  • Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Expertise in bug tracking and defect management. Experience in test planning and test case generation. Proficiency in test automation using industry-standard tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Attention to detail and a passion for quality. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Roles And Responsibilities. Lead and manage the testing team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the testing process. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing. Identify and report bugs and issues. Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve defects and improve product quality. Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback on test artifacts. Document test results and maintain test documentation. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
