Job Description
- Education- B.Tech/ B.E (Electrical)
- Location Gujarat

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solar projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and feasibility studies for large scale solar installations.
- Develop technical specifications, engineering calculations, and project documentation.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, site level task budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection and negotiation of contracts with SCM department.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and performance testing during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions during project implementation and operation.
