    *Job Title:** Senior Customer Service Associate - Voice *Job Summary:** As a Senior Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound voice calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. The position is based in Malad and involves working in rotational shifts as part of a 24/7 operation. *Key Responsibilities:** 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and appropriate responses. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. 4. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering service excellence. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay updated on product and service knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns. *Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). 2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. *Location:** Malad, Mumbai *Shift Timing:** Rotational shifts (24/7 operation) *Week Off:** 2 rotational offs *Compensation:** - Inhand salary ranging from 20,000 INR to 28,000 INR per month - CTC ranging from 24,000 INR to 33,000 INR per month - Pickup and drop facility available within the boundary of Mira Road to Church Gate, for employees working at the Malad West location.
