- Position: Mathematics Teacher Experience: Proven CBSE teaching experience with a track record of academic excellence Location: Orathanadu,Thanjavur. Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mathematics Teacher to inspire and guide students in achieving academic excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBSE Mathematics and the ability to prepare students for competitive exams like JEE and NEET. Key Responsibilities: 1 . Teaching and academic excellence: Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for secondary students Simplify complex concepts to make learning enjoyable and stress-free for students Ensure that students achieve academic success and develop a strong foundation in Mathematics 2. Student Development: Identify students strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized support to help them excel Train and prepare students for competitive exams like JEE and NEET with effective strategies and techniques Foster a positive, growth-oriented mindset among students to help them achieve their academic goals without unnecessary pressure 3. Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Develop and execute well-structured lesson plans with a focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills Use innovative teaching methodologies and tools to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes Prepare and provide additional resources, including study materials, practice papers, and mock tests, for competitive exam preparation 4. Classroom Management: Create a conducive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and curiosity Maintain discipline and ensure smooth classroom functioning 5. Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents regarding students academic performance and progress Provide actionable feedback and suggestions to support students learning at home 6.
