Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Carrying out Vendor pre-qualifications. Drafting Tender Documents & getting them reviewed as per SOP procedure Floating of Tenders, negotiating contract T&C with Bidders. Preparation of rate analysis for tender items. Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Managing & maintaining proper contract documentation and records through change notes/ amendment notes. Following up with vendors to ensure that all documents are maintained as per contractual requirement (BG/ CG/ EOT etc.). Monitoring contract performance and identifying potential risks. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with both internal & external stakeholders. Communicating effectively with all parties involved in the contract lifecycle. Acting as a single point of contact for contract-related inquiries. Project Management: Working is close coordination with projects planning to maintain a Contract Award Calendar to ensure that the contracts are awarded as per the planned project requirement. Identifying and addressing potential contractual issues that may impact project delivery. Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients and suppliers. Ensuring favourable outcomes for the company. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation. Preparing and submitting contract-related reports. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing potential contract risks. Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.,
