Job Summary: We are looking for a client-focused ERP Demo Consultant to join our organization and play a key role in showcasing our ERP product to potential manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled at understanding business needs, especially in the manufacturing domain, and demonstrating how our ERP solution aligns with and solves those challenges. Your role will be crucial in bridging client requirements with our products capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospects to deeply understand their business processes, pain points, and operational challenges within manufacturing. Deliver personalized, value-driven ERP product demonstrations that clearly align with client requirements. Translate business needs into ERP capabilities, showing how our product meets real-world use cases in production, inventory, procurement, planning, and more. Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare demo scripts and client-specific scenarios. Participate in discovery sessions and pre-sales calls to gather insights and build demo strategies. Address functional queries and objections during the demo process, effectively positioning our ERP as the right fit. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our ERP product features and roadmap to tailor demonstrations effectively. Provide feedback to the product team based on demo experiences and client interactions. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. 5 8 years of experience in ERP product demonstrations. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills. Ability to quickly grasp client needs and map them to product features. Preferred Skills: Experience in delivering product demos for ERP or SaaS platforms.
