Assistant / Deputy Manager New Business Development (OEM and Export) Job description Key Responsibilities: Must have experience minimum 5 to 10years. Identify and develop new OEM customers for both domestic and export markets. Generate leads through market research, trade shows, referrals, and other channels. Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Quality, Logistics) to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective customers. Negotiate terms and close sales deals ensuring profitability and long-term engagement. Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM key accounts. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to management. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of OEM sales process and business development strategies. Experience in handling international markets and export documentation (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs. Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
