Technology Project Manager - Ui/ux Design @ eople Champions HR

Desired Candidate Profile

Reports To (Title) : Head of Technology

This role provides an opportunity to lead the software development organization for one of the most successful B2B payments platform company in India. You'll have the opportunity to join the management team and lead a business that sits at the forefront of one of the most excited, promising, high growth industries today.

Job Functions :

- Proven success implementing and maintaining an Agile environment, while establishing and maintaining pragmatic engineering best practices (e.g. code reviews, testing, continuous delivery).

- A strong background in front-end technology and UI/UX design (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

- Thorough understanding of System Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and project planning.

- Proven ability for root cause analysis and resolution at both functional and strategic levels.

- Experience creating, building, and managing business platforms

- Reputation as a strong team player and collaborator.

- Approximately 5 yrs experience as a hands-on coder

- Approximately 5 yrs experience leading software, product development and/or user engagement teams

- Experience in 24/7 high availability and high security environment

Experience managing teams and building/maintaining products and services in :

- PHP, JavaScript, and SQL.

- PHP frameworks like Yii etc.

- LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)

- Other programming languages like C# or Objective C.

- HTML and CSS for desktop and mobile-ready websites.

Education:
