As a Program Manager, you will be delivering and improving advocacy programs across mono-brand and B2B partners in Channel Sales to deliver tangible business growth in the channel. Description - Stabilize People Programs (AEP - Apple Excellence Program, PTP - Partner Trainer Program and APA - Apple Professional Academy) for Monobrand and B2B partners - Drive engagement on RTM specific initiatives (such as group demos for APP stores etc) - Launch new and drive scale up of existing people programs in the country basis guidance of WW/ EMEIA teams - Ensure correct information on systems for end to end visibility - Collaborate with business leads in aligning budgets basis RTM strategic priorities and goals - Forecast and manage quarterly budgets for various programs to ensure right utilization - Conduct strategic analyses and detailed project management to identify new business initiatives - Liaise with key channel partners from Service lines of businesses and channels - Research, size and prioritize recommendations of new business and partnership opportunities Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of work experience Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from a reputed institute Strong communication and program management skills Preferred Qualifications 5 to 7 years experience in program management and rollouts Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail. Deep and proven proficiency in Excel and Keynote. Experience coordinating, leading, and influencing cross-functional teams across all levels Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with senior executives, including via formal presentations.
