About the Role: Agrim is in hyper-growth mode, and were on a mission to onboard high-quality agri-retailers at lightning speed. Were looking for sharp, hands-on Growth Program Managers who can identify, experiment, and scale new acquisition methods. Youll run rapid experiments, track funnels, and optimize for conversion to make the channel successful. Once successful and stable hand off successful channels to our Business Process team for scale. Key Responsibilities: Design and run fast-paced growth experiments to acquire quality retailers. Track and analyze funnel metrics to measure experiment effectiveness. Work closely with product, data, and business teams to identify growth levers. Build playbooks for successful experiments and hand over to operations for scaling. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve conversion and acquisition strategies. What Were Looking For: 2-5 years of experience in growth, program management, or product-led roles. Strong understanding of funnels, user journeys, and data analytics. Problem-solver with a bias for action, ownership, and experimentation. Comfortable working in high-speed, ambiguous environments. Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, dashboards (or willingness to learn fast).
