Job profile : Principal Program Manager - Technical Location : Bangalore Years of experience : 7 to 10 Expected Traits Strong program management skills around planning, execution, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management Strong ability to understand tech stacks and architecture and drive tech solutioning with engineering leads and architects. Expected to drive programs by understanding the underlying technology and architecture for proposed solutions Prior experience of software development or testing, with overall work experience of 10+ years, and 6+ years in a Tech Prog Mgmt role Experience of having successfully delivered large, complicated engineering releases Self-starter. Team player. Passion to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment Responsibilities Plan, Monitor, Control & Report on multiple tech programs Own and drive tech programs all the way from ideation and solutioning to execution and delivery Work with the leadership to identify and improve overall org processes and efficiencies,
