- Job Title: Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5+ Years Certification Preferred: Anaplan Level 3 Certified Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Model Builder or Solution Architect with 5+ years of hands-on experience in model building. The ideal candidate should be numerically literate, possess a STEM background, and have a keen eye for detail and best practices in model architecture. Experience across various business functions such as forecasting, planning, and compensation management is essential. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain robust Anaplan models from concept through to completion. Manage end-to-end model-building lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable design. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the model meets functional requirements and enhances end-user experience. Apply an engineering mindset to Anaplan architecture to ensure configurable functionality and pre-empt potential edge cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and transform them into Anaplan solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience. Anaplan Level 3 certification (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; numerically literate. Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Experience in managing and delivering model builds independently. Deep understanding of Anaplan model-building best practices and standards. Strong focus on enhancing the end-user experience. Desirable Knowledge & Exposure (Not Mandatory): Familiarity with broader aspects of the Anaplan platform: PlanIQ, Optimizer, Workflow, Polaris, etc. Exposure to business use cases such as: Sales Forecasting (Steff, FP&A, Navision ERP, Blackline Reconciliation) Billings and Bookings, Deferred Commissions Production Planning & Scheduling, Dispatch Planning, Demand Planning Incentive Compensation Management (Comp Plan Issuance, Commissions) Interested candidates, Please share your profile to hidden_email,
