Job Description

Job Profile: 1. All quotations received from Marketing team need to be promptly updated to ensure correct
invoicing to customers

2. Daily No Rate List - to follow up with Marketing/Trade/Agents on rates chargeable for shipments
pending for filing due to rates expired or not yet quoted to customers

3. All related invoicing details need to be correctly updated per system requirements prior Billings
can generate invoice

4. Create customer sub code for each invoicing/payment location & setup invoicing address/email recipients for invoice transmission to customers

5. To maintain correct carriage term for each corridor. THC maintenance of each terminal needs to be correctly setup so that invoicing can pick up the correct quantum to bill on top of slot rate.

6.Same for shipment quoted CY term, THC apportionment needs to be allocated correctly to
derive FIO freight. 7. To ensure cargo related surcharges for each container type being split correctly in system at
time of rate maintenance - to avoid data distortion in BI dataset

8. To attend to queries on invoices disputed by customers due to wrong rates or invoicing center
