Job Description

Field Officer

The Field officer keeps an updated weekly attendance list of his site's employees and submits it to the Sub-office for payroll through the Role & Responsibilities.
Hire new manpower to fulfill his site's strengths. The field Officer is fully responsible for his allocated site. Do not keep any posts vacant on the site.
Field officer keep update weekly attendance of his site's employees, and submit's to Sub office for payroll through Ops Head.
Daily report to the area manager & Ops head on a regular basis.

Daily Site Visit and Keep update DVR Report & share site visit photos in PFMS WhatsApp Group with time stamp.

Security Supervisor

Assigning Security tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards are met
Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding service.
Providing training to the security staff.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping) to ensure seamless facility management.
Investigate incidents, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records of events.
Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity.
Conduct regular patrols of premises to identify potential vulnerabilities and take corrective action.
Ensure the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and assets by implementing effective security measures.

Security Guard

There is no educational barrier - Any person can join with an age limit of- 18 to 55.
