Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts across South India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within the infrastructure or construction space, particularly PEB, and be adept at developing strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels. Generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing efforts and industry networking. Build Coastal PEBs brand presence across trade shows, expos, and industry forums. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop compelling pitch decks, brochures, and project case studies. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimize strategies. Track ROI and key performance metrics for all marketing campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, channel partners, and consultants. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred). 4 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing within the PEB industry. Strong understanding of industrial buyer behavior and B2B marketing tactics. Excellent communication, content creation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms. Willingness to travel for events, expos, and client meetings.,
