Our team uses advanced genetic engineering and breeding technologies to create seeds that suit varying agro-climatic conditions and address the nutritional needs of the growing Indian population. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Manager located in Guntur for Cotton Division. The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations within a specific region, developing and implementing business strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition Strategically manage the regional budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals. Qualifications & Requisites Post Graduation in Agri-Business Management 8-10 yrs of sales experience in Agri-Input Proven track record of achieving sales targets & driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills.
