Inviting applications for the role of Vice President , Digital Operations In this role, you are responsible to set up, re-badge and Lead Operations & Transformation for new deals in pipeline . The role reports to India Business Lead. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and deep understanding of Finance & Accounting business and ability to drive improvement in a fairly fast paced business environment. Responsibilities Responsible for leading Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery fo r existing and all new deals in pipeline. Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions. Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/offshore operation. Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions. Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams. Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner. Bring in perspectives of Advanced Technologies to improve the transformation opportunity for existing / new clients to bring industry knowledge, outstanding capabilities, innovation, and groundbreaking technology to our clients. This role will require the incumbent to be very ambitious , consultative, and well networked with multiple functional teams in the organization. You will be encouraged to be passionate about the industrys realities and pain points and know how to seek these using technology, domain, and process expertise . Problem-solving through the right combination of digital and process interventions. Collaborate extensively internally to define and deliver our key projects. Interact with senior-level leadership from Sales, Global Operations leaders, Solutioning teams, and functional teams to drive the common agenda. Lead and manage large client engagements while actively pursuing new business deals. In charge of PMO for new business deals, with a focus on optimizing project planning, execution and successful delivery. Manage and implement change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes, technologies or organization structures while engaging stakeholders and minimizing disruptions. Qualifications we seek in you!
