Overview This career opportunity within our career framework is at Managing Consultant level and is for the (Automotive) consulting business unit. The role as a (Managing Consultant Automotive) will lead growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both; existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally. This role is expected to deliver growth across the following areas: Transformation themes for Automotive and Manufacturing Consulting Consulting capabilities across Automotive and Manufacturing. Our (Managing Consultant - Automotive) is expected to build strong customer relationships, and write winning proposals, and grow business in collaboration with the Global Account Executives and other business leaders globally. The ideal candidate should be from an Engineering & MBA background, with 10-14 years of hands-on experience in digital initiatives in the Automotive domain. Responsibilities Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s). Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipros client positioning. Must be hands on in writing strong winning proposals in Automotive and manufacturing Relationships: As a Managing Consultant Automotive, you bring deep expertise and good industry knowledge to develop the consulting and advisory business. Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients. Must have experience in end-to-end program lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery, with willingness to work in any stage of the program lifecycle based on business needs. Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Additionally, the candidate needs to have the ability to present the information effectively to the audience Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects in Automotive and manufacturing with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
