Role: Assistant Payroll Manager

Profile Summary:
IGT is seeking a Assistant Manager HR & Payroll to join our HR Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and related activities for our onsite locations, including but not limited to Romania, South Africa, and Colombia. This role requires a strong understanding of HR, payroll, and employee financial accounting processes.
Primary Job Responsibility:
Manage HR and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee employee financial accounting and related transactions.
Generate and publish weekly/monthly dashboard reports.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze payroll data and support reporting.
Education and Essential Experience:
Must have good experience in in house payroll
Good to have SAP Success factor exp
5 - 10 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and Employee Financial Accounting.
Prior experience of working in payroll for onsite location is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Excel with expertise in data management and reporting.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or Finance.
