Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and site visits to promote real estate properties.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and close transactions for property purchases or rentals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Age: Male - 30yrs to 60 yrs, Female - 25yrs to 60yrs.
  • 0-5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Real Estate Sales, Selling Skills, Communication Skills, Presentable.
  • Diploma in Any Specialization (preferred).
  • Strong convincing power with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for lead generation and communication.
