Biopharma Consultant Training Manager - Training Pool Partners @ Bytech India

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for biopharmaceutical staff of our clients.
• Assess training needs and create customized training plans.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with Client department heads to ensure training programs align with company goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to client staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.Role & responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a training or educational role.
• Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Training Tools
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
