• Provide customer support
• Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries
• Relevant experience in International Voice Process
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Good customer handling skills
• 5 days working and split weekly offs
• Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process
• Should not have plans of taking leaves in the first 3 months/ Probation period
• Should not be pursuing regular education

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Under Graduates, Graduates and Postgraduates
• Work location: HYDERABAD BAHADURPALLY Tech Mahindra Campus
• Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off
• 2-way cab facility provided
• Freshers are also eligible.

Salary for freshers - 3 LPA and experience candidates up to 5LPA annually based on experience
