Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing and Cloud Services Manager to oversee and optimise the outsourcing strategy for cloud-based enterprise business applications, data services, and infrastructure management. This role will manage relationships with external service providers, ensure data governance, security, compliance, and integration across multiple cloud environments, and drive efficiency in ERP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Darwinbox, and Oracle Integration Cloud deployments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud), vendor management, IT outsourcing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and enterprise business applications across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Treasury, FP&A, and HCM domains.

Key Responsibilities

    • Cloud & Outsourcing Strategy Development
      Define and implement the cloud services strategy for ERP, Salesforce, Darwinbox, and enterprise applications.
      Develop outsourcing policies, governance frameworks, and SLAs to manage external vendors.
      Evaluate, select, and negotiate contracts with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, GCP) and IT outsourcing partners.
      Ensure seamless data integration, performance monitoring, and cost optimisation across cloud platforms.Vendor & Service Provider Management
      Manage relationships with outsourcing partners, cloud service providers, and managed service providers (MSPs).
      Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and SLA adherence for outsourced IT and cloud services.
      Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews with third-party providers. Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) for outsourced services.Data Governance & Compliance in Cloud Environments
      Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across outsourced and cloud environments.
      Align outsourced cloud solutions with global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, IFRS, SOX, etc.).
      Work with data governance teams to maintain data integrity, security, and cross-cloud accessibility.
      Develop strategies to prevent data leakage, ensure encryption, and secure integrations across vendors.Cloud Infrastructure & Data Integration Management
      Oversee cloud-based infrastructure, middleware solutions (Oracle Integration Cloud), and API integrations.
      Ensure seamless data flow between ERP, Salesforce, Darwinbox, and financial applications.
      Manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
      Optimise cloud storage, computing, and database services to control costs and enhance operational efficiency.IT Service Delivery & Operational Efficiency
      Oversee outsourced IT services, including cloud application support, infrastructure management, and DevOps.
      Implement best practices for ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITIL frameworks in outsourcing engagements.
      Drive automation and efficiency improvements in cloud deployments and IT operations.
      Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT teams to align cloud outsourcing strategies with business needs.Key Competencies 
      Required Skills & Experience
      Cloud & IT Outsourcing Expertise
      Strong knowledge of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, GCP).
      Experience managing ERP and enterprise cloud applications (Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Darwinbox).
      Proven track record in outsourcing strategy, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
      Knowledge of middleware technologies (Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, ETL tools).Data Governance & Security
      Experience in data security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
      Understanding of global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC 2, SOX).
      Expertise in data encryption, access controls, and cloud security best practices.IT Service & Performance Management
      Hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
      Strong background in SLA management, incident resolution, and performance tracking.
      Ability to analyse cloud service costs, optimise infrastructure usage, and reduce IT expenditures.Leadership & Stakeholder Management
      Proven ability to manage external vendors, negotiate contracts, and enforce SLAs.
      Strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and business leaders.
      Ability to influence executive decision-making on cloud strategies and outsourcing efficiencies.
      Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in business language.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect).
      ITIL Certification for IT Service Management.
      Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). Experience in financial and HR data security management.
