Arabic Voice Process Executive @ Uljk Financial

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls in Arabic for customer support, sales, or service processes. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication. Log and document interactions in CRM systems or relevant tools. Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution. Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and comprehension) is mandatory. Good command over English. Previous experience in voice process or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Experience in BPO, call center, or any voice-based customer service role. Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
