About the Role: Are you passionate about shaping transformative educational experiences Join us at Redwood as an experienced Associate Program Manager (APM) and become the architect of unforgettable student travel journeys. As an integral member of our team, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, from schools to local community leaders, to craft immersive programs that resonate with Redwood's mission and educational objectives. Responsibilities: Program Development: Identify and collaborate with program partners (NGOs, SMEs, Research Centres, local community leaders) to design impactful student travel experiences that align with Redwood's mission and educational goals. Proposal Design: Coordinate with the School Outreach teams to tailor programs in alignment with school requirements Stakeholder Alignment: Work with school teams, program partners, and Redwood facilitators to ensure alignment for student success Program Management: Oversee all aspects of the program in coordination with internal and external teams ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in education, with a proven track record of successful program management. Strong task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
