Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data QA Lead, based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work from home. The Data QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing data quality processes, performing data analysis, managing data integrity, and developing data models. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data reviews, ensuring compliance with data governance standards, and collaborating with data engineering teams to implement quality controls. The role also involves leveraging analytical skills to derive insights and ensure robust data management practices. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years" Experience in a data-focused role with Data Quality Assurance Data accuracy testing across multiple methods (RDBMS, NoSQL, API) Strong understanding of data quality principles and techniques. Experience with data profiling tools. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. Knowledge of data governance principles and practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis Proficiency in Data Management and Data Modeling Excellent Analytical Skills Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards Experience with data governance and compliance standards,
