Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for an international voice process in the banking domain. This role involves handling customer queries related to banking services, ensuring first-call resolution, and delivering exceptional service experience to international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for banking-related queries.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice support.
