Job Description

Qualification: Bachlors/Masters degree in Psychology (mandatory)Skillset Required: Previous experience in operations of trust and safety operations
Experience in conducting wellness audits and program evaluations
Vendor management experience
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Experience in maintaining records of wellness activities
Team management experience, overseeing 4-5 counselor
