Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
  
• Support performance management processes including goal setting, coaching, and annual reviews.
  
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, engagement, and disciplinary matters.
  
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve employee experience and organizational efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  
• Collaborate with centers of excellence (COEs) such as Compensation, L&D, and Talent Acquisition.
  
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  
• Passion for people development and business growth.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or HR certification.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
  
• Experience in managing organizational change, employee engagement, and talent initiatives.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in Night Shifts..
